Meet Victoria & Dustin Seeton
The Seeton Agency began with a simple belief: insurance should feel personal.
Before opening the agency, Victoria spent years as a teacher, where she discovered her passion for helping people understand complicated things with confidence. Today, she brings that same heart to insurance, making sure every client feels informed, supported, and never overwhelmed.
Dustin serves families in two ways. Alongside helping clients at the agency, he proudly works full-time as a firefighter, protecting the same Southeast Texas communities they call home.
Together, they’re raising their three children right here in Southeast Texas and have built their agency around the values they live every day- honesty, service, and treating people like family.
The opportunity to start the agency found them and they stepped into it with full determination to build something different- an agency where relationships come before policies and people always come first. That commitment quickly earned the trust of families and businesses throughout the community, and the agency has continued to grow year after year.

Cheyenne Conner
Cheyenne is often the first face you'll see when you walk through our doors and one of the first voices you'll hear when you call. She helps keep everything running smoothly, from policy changes and renewals to billing questions and everyday customer service. If you need help, chances are Cheyenne is already one step ahead and happy to assist.
Outside the office, Cheyenne trades insurance for horsepower and can be found at the racetrack competing in- and winning, the women's division.
Julia Sims
Julia has a gift for making insurance feel simple. With a deep understanding of coverage and a genuine passion for helping people, she takes the time to find solutions that fit each family's needs. Whether she's helping someone save money, understand their policy, or feel more confident about their coverage, Julia's goal is always the same: to make sure every client feels cared for, informed, and protected.
Fun fact about Julia: She's originally from California and once worked at Disneyland before bringing her love of helping people to Southeast Texas. While the setting has changed, she's still in the business of creating a little magic for the people she serves.
Amber Bergt
Amber brings nearly two decades of insurance experience and a lifetime of serving others to The Seeton Agency. Since entering the insurance industry in 2007, she's built a wealth of knowledge while helping families protect what matters most. Before insurance, Amber spent years in customer service, beginning at just 16 years old, and that heart for helping people still shines through in every conversation. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care makes clients feel right at home.
When she's not at the office, you'll likely find her exploring antique shops and thrift stores in search of her next great find. And if you stop by the agency, there's a good chance you'll be greeted by her sweet granddaughter, Arlie, who's our favorite honorary team member!
